Sales Engineer
Job Duties
• Maintain the relationship with key customers by regular sales activities
• Response the customer requests timely related goods and services
• Handle the business processes, including quotation, negotiation, PO, shipment, and delivery.
• Develop new business from existing customers and explore new customers on the market
• Organize regular communication between Welzek Technologies and key customers focusing on both technology and service.
• Assist to design the guidance of price list in US market and update year-to-year
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher, E.E. a plus
• 2 or more years related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills preferred
Field Support Engineer
Job Duties
• Communicate with customers on-site to collect their detailed requirements and prepare specific scenarios.
• Demonstrate Welzek’s products and solutions to customers for promotion.
• Feedback the technical requirements on the market to R&D team to develop or optimize Welzek’s products or solutions.
• Delivery the regular trainings to customers who buy Welzek Technologies products and solutions.
• Provide daily support to customers as part of post-sales service.
• Debug and fix issues jointly with end users to improve their experience on Welzek’s products and solutions.
Job Requirements
• BA degree or equivalent in E.E.
• 2 years or more professional experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills preferred.
HR & Financial Specialist
• Recruit, interview, and advise on hiring decisions in accordance with policies and requirements that have been established in conjunction with top management;
• Monitor implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions, to ensure compliance with government regulations and terms of employment contracts.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents; reconciling balance sheets and income statements for book and tax reporting purposes; preparing profit/loss statements, monthly closing reports, cost accounting reports, sales and property tax returns;
• Develop, implement, and improve recordkeeping, accounting and payroll management systems for the company;
• Evaluate the company’s internal controls and accounting system and generating schedules and reports for management, review and auditing purposes.
• Communicate with countermeasures in parent company to align with internal policies and procedures
